- In 1997 we put our first building up and we now have 256 storage units.
- A six foot security fence surrounds the entire facility.
- Our concrete floors have a 1 1/2" drop-off under the garage doors. This keeps rain from forcing its way into the stalls.
- The 10' x 20' and 10' x 30' units have a 9' X 9' garage door to make it easy to get things in and out.
- The 10' x 10' units have an 8' X 8' garage door to make it easy to get things in and out.
- Sodium vapor outside lights surround the facility making it easy to see at night.
- Each unit has its own electronically controlled light inside.
- The ceilings are insulated to prevent condensate from dripping on hot summer days.
- We provide 24-hour access.
- There is 40 feet in front of every stall for backing boats or trailers. If you would like, we will also back your boat in for you.
- Owner also owns houses around facility so everything is well watched. There has never been a problem in this small peaceful town.
